Black Garlic

Our black garlic is made on-farm from our sustainably grown garlic.   It is heat fermented at 150F for about a month, then allowed to cure at room temperature for an additional 10 days.  The final product is an amazingly sweet, slightly smoky, dried fruit type product......reminiscient  of garlic.  It offers about twice the antioxidants than that of fresh garlic......without the bad breath!  It is a culinary treat that is sure to please!  

Eat it as it is or try it in a roasted garlic hummus, in mac-n-cheese, in a garlic sauce for your favorite pasta or make a black garlic oil for your favorite bread.........better yet, try them all!
