We know that sustainable and regenerative farming is not only good for our environment, but good for our health as well. We operate with these principles at the heart of our daily operations. Our black garlic is made using garlic grown on our farm and a select few sustainably operated farms in our area. It’s taste is sweet meets savory, with a hint of umami that is all it’s own. It‘s a delight to cook with, elevating the flavor of your dishes while supporting your body’s overall health as well.
Our farm began in 2007 as a diversified, sustainable produce farm. Over the years our love for all things garlic has led us to develop our own method of producing black garlic. It requires about a month of controlled heat and moisture, followed by an additional month-long curing process. The process is very much a labor of love. We hope you enjoy it as much as we enjoy making it for you.
Black garlic not only taste great but is an antioxidant powerhouse. Containing about twice the antioxidants as fresh garlic, it is rich in organosulfur compounds, amino acids, polyphenols, vitamins and minerals. It is a bioactive superfood that is a delight to eat.
